Mirka Mirlon Total Green Sanding Roll 115mm x 10m P320

Mirka Mirlon Total Green is a flexible, open non-woven abrasive on a roll, more aggressive than standard Mirlon and ideal for spots a sanding disc cannot reach well. P320 grit gives a fine, even sanding pattern that is easy to polish out, ideal for spot repair and touching up small paint areas. The material is thinner than classic non-woven abrasive, but thanks to reinforced fibers and how the grain is bonded it stays effective. Cut whatever size you need from the 10 meter roll.

How to use

1. Cut a piece of fleece to size from the 10 meter roll. (Work generously, you can always trim more off if the piece turns out too small.)

2. Wrap or fold the fleece around a hand sanding block for better control. (A sanding block gives more grip and helps apply pressure evenly across the fleece.)

3. Sand by hand with light pressure, especially in corners and contours a sander cannot reach. (On tight corners a small, loose piece of fleece often works better than the block.)

Combine it with a hand sanding block for grip and a panel prep degreaser to prepare the surface.
