The Mirka Golden Finish Pad 1 is a yellow finishing pad with a waffle texture, built for the medium to fine step after compounding. The structure spreads pressure evenly across the panel and dissipates heat faster, so you run less risk of burn marks or fresh swirls. The pad stays flexible on curved sections like fenders and door edges and works on both rotary and DA polishers. You get two pads per pack, handy when you want to swap mid session without waiting for one to rinse out. Suited to paint, coatings and clear coats where you want a deep, clear gloss.

How to use

1. Mount the pad centered on the backing plate and press it on firmly.

2. Spread 3 to 4 drops of finishing polish across the pad.

3. Work in overlapping passes at low to medium speed until the polish turns clear.

4. Wipe down the result with a clean microfiber towel and check the gloss in bright light.

Finish with the Chemical Guys Black Light hybrid glaze for extra depth, and lift residue with a Chemical Guys Workhorse microfiber towel.
