The Mirka AP 300NV is a pneumatic rotary polisher with a 77mm pad size, designed for spot paint repair. Without a light, compact machine, touching up small areas costs you unnecessary time and precision, and a heavy machine makes fine detail work harder. At only 0.66 kg with a low vibration level of 1.34 m/s², you maneuver effortlessly around small scratches and spots without tiring your wrist. The 76.0 dB noise level keeps the job pleasant for you and your colleagues in the workshop, and a maximum speed of 3200 RPM gives you controlled work on small surfaces without overheating the paint. The machine runs on compressed air at a working pressure of 6.2 bar with consumption around 626 l/min at 298 Watt. There's no vacuum system built in, which isn't needed for polishing the way it is for sanding.

How to use

1. Connect the machine to a compressed air line at a working pressure of 6.2 bar. (Check that your compressor delivers enough flow, about 626 l/min.)

2. Fit a 77mm polishing pad with matching compound or polish. (Choose the pad and polish based on how severe the paint damage is.)

3. Work the paint spot in small, overlapping passes with moderate pressure. (Keep the speed low on the first pass to avoid overheating the paint.)

4. Wipe off excess polish with a clean microfiber towel and check the result. (Repeat with a finer polish if needed for the final gloss.)
