Mirka Abranet Ace Sanding Net 150mm P180 (50 pieces)

The Mirka Abranet Ace is a sanding net with an open mesh structure, built for near dust-free dry sanding. In grit P180 you use this net for smoothing filler and primer after the first coarse sanding pass. Because sanding dust passes straight through the net into your extraction system, the surface stays visible and the grit does not clog. That gives you consistent sanding performance across the full life of the net, longer than traditional sandpaper. The hook-and-loop backing fits most random orbital sanders and lets you switch grits fast.

How to use

1. Attach the sanding net to the hook-and-loop backing plate of your sander. (Line up the holes in the net with the extraction holes in the backing plate.)

2. Connect the sander to a vacuum or extraction system.

3. Sand with light, even pressure in overlapping passes across the surface.

4. Move on to P220 for the final primer preparation.

Pair this net with a Mirka hand sanding block for the edges, a DEROS sander for large panels, 3M masking tape to protect adjacent parts, and a Sundström half mask to protect your lungs.
