Mavel Profi Open Compressed Air Hose Reel 13m x 13mm 20 Bar

The Mavel Profi Open is an automatic compressed air hose reel with an open steel frame, built for intensive use in the professional workshop. The hose is 13 metres long with a 13mm inner diameter (plus a 2 metre supply hose), made from wear-resistant rubber with synthetic reinforcement and rated for a maximum working pressure of 20 bar. The burst pressure sits well above the working pressure with a 4:1 safety factor, for safe use with compressed air tools like grinders and spray guns. Solid brass 1/2" BSP connections give you a leak-free coupling. Thanks to the adjustable guide arms, you mount the reel on a wall, ceiling or floor, and the 4-roller guide system lets the hose unwind in any direction without kinking. With 12 lock positions, you set the hose to exactly the length you need, across a working temperature range of -5°C to +40°C.

How to use

1. Mount the reel using the adjustable guide arms on a wall, ceiling or floor, depending on your workshop layout. (Choose a mounting point that can properly bear the reel's weight.)

2. Connect the supply hose to your compressed air line via the brass 1/2" BSP coupling. (This coupling is leak-free and rated for the maximum working pressure of 20 bar.)

3. Pull the hose out to the length you need and lock it into one of the 12 stop positions. (That way you never have to pull out the full 13 metres for a short job.)

4. Let the hose retract in a controlled way through the 4-roller guide system after use. (This prevents kinking and keeps the hose in good condition.)
