Krauss Replacement IR Lamp for Speed Dry 200X Gold / 400A

With heavy use, the infrared lamps in your Speed Dry paint dryer eventually wear out. This replacement lamp from Krauss is made from extremely pure quartz glass and delivers the same fast heat transfer as the original. Short-wave radiation penetrates primer, base coat, clear coat and any glass coatings, drying each layer from the inside out. That prevents blistering and speeds up curing for a tight, glossy finish. Fits as a replacement for the Speed Dry 200X Gold and 400A models, rated at 1x 1100W over a 1200x1000mm drying area.

How to use

1. Switch off the Speed Dry paint dryer and let the old lamp cool completely. (Never touch a hot lamp, it can cause burns.)

2. Disconnect the power and remove the worn lamp from its socket.

3. Fit the new quartz glass lamp carefully, without touching the glass tube with bare hands. (Skin oils can shorten the quartz glass lifespan.)

4. Reconnect the dryer and run a short test before use.

Prep the panel with 3M masking tape and Mirka sanding paper, work safely with disposable nitrile gloves, and seal it after drying with Koch-Chemie 1K Nano paint sealant.
