How to use

1. Plug into a 400V two-phase supply and clamp the ground lead firmly to bare, degreased metal for reliable contact.

2. Select program A, B or C and set the weld time between 0 and 99 ms to match the panel thickness.

3. Position the welding electrode on the deepest point of the dent and trigger the pulse to firmly attach a pull anchor.

4. Draw the dent back evenly with the slide hammer, working around the edge until the panel sits flat, checking regularly by hand.

Pair it with the Krauss 8804 FN paint thickness gauge to check panel and coating thickness before and after the repair.
