The 200X Gold is the premium model in the Krauss infrared paint dryer line, built around a hydraulic arm that maneuvers into almost any position. Both lamps are independently adjustable through 360 degrees, unlike the 100X/200X base models that only rotate around their own axis, letting you aim the radiation spot-precisely at any part of the panel. The gold-plated quartz radiant tubes deliver efficient, even heat transfer across the full 800 by 1000 mm drying area, large enough for hoods and side panels. Unlike the 100AX and 200AX, the 200X Gold runs at a fixed 100 percent power without a Pulse pre-drying function, which makes it best suited to fast, full curing cycles rather than delicate pre-drying tasks. The electronic timer controls every cycle up to 99 minutes, and the stable aluminum build on swivel casters with parking brake gives a firm footing even at 44 kg. For paint shops that dry full panels often, the hydraulic arm is the difference between clumsy repositioning and working with immediate precision.

How to use

1. Roll the dryer using the hydraulic arm to the position you need around the panel (The swivel casters with parking brake keep the dryer stable while you set it up)

2. Aim both lamps independently using the 360° adjustment onto the surface to dry (Cover irregular shapes by positioning each lamp separately)

3. Set the timer up to 99 minutes for the full drying cycle (Power is fixed at 100 percent, so you only adjust the time)

4. Check the result at several points of the panel once done (Adjust the drying time for next time if needed)
