Three infrared spots of 1100W each emit short-wave infrared heat that dries from the inside out, so every layer of primer, base coat, clear coat or coating cures evenly without blistering. Each spot switches independently, with an adjustable countdown timer for precise control per panel. The 1200x1000mm drying area covers a full panel in one go, and where drying normally takes 12+ hours, a panel is ready in around 10 minutes with this dryer. That makes it ideal for coatings like Second Skin, which can't be exposed to moisture in the first 12 hours. How to use

1. Position the 300AX on its frame in front of the panel you're drying. (Use the wheels to move the dryer into place quickly.)

2. Switch on the spots you need, depending on the panel size. (A single spot is often enough for a small repair panel, use all three for large sections.)

3. Set the countdown timer to the required drying time, typically around 10 minutes. (Adjust based on the paint layer or coating.)

4. Check the surface temperature after the cycle before working the panel further. (Always cure coatings like Second Skin per the manufacturer's guidance.)

Finish the panel with Koch-Chemie C002 ceramic coating, mask edges with 3M masking tape, protect your hands with disposable nitrile gloves, and buff with Chemical Guys Workhorse microfiber towels.
