ProElite TIRMEN Truck Foam 1000 L IBC

ProElite TIRMEN Truck Foam is a concentrated alkaline foam wash with pH 11.5-12.5 for the professional washing of heavily soiled trucks, vans and commercial vehicles. The active foam adheres to the surface and penetrates into hard-to-reach areas, loosening dirt and deposits thoroughly. The formula is free of hazardous solvents and safe on paint and coatings. The 1000 L IBC is compatible with foam lances (1:1 or 1:2), high-pressure injection systems and Dosatron equipment (1.0-4.0%), standard in professional TIR wash stations. Designed for wash station operators and transport companies cleaning heavily soiled vehicles daily.

How to use

1. Set the correct dosage (Choose the right system: foam lance (1:1 or 1:2), high-pressure injection or Dosatron (1.0-4.0%). Start with a lower concentration and increase based on the level of soiling.)

2. Apply the foam to the vehicle (Work from top to bottom so the foam runs down the vehicle and reaches lower panels as well. Ensure full coverage.)

3. Allow the foam to dwell (The active foam adheres to the surfaces and works on the dirt. Do not let it dry; adjust dwell time based on the level of soiling.)

4. Rinse with high-pressure water (Rinse the vehicle thoroughly. Remove all foam residue and loosened dirt completely.)

Pair TIRMEN Foam with a Vikan angle-adjustable wash brush, a pressure sprayer or a telescopic handle for full coverage of tall side panels.
