ProElite APT QR-Dryer 2.0

In a professional car wash, the quality of the drying step determines how many water droplets remain on the vehicle. The ProElite APT QR-Dryer 2.0 is a concentrated drying additive enriched with ceramic particles, designed for gantry and tunnel wash installations. Just 10 to 20 ml per wash cycle removes residual moisture from the entire vehicle while leaving a hydrophobic protective layer on the paintwork.

The ceramic formula makes the product suitable for vehicles with standard paintwork, but also temporarily enhances the water-repellent properties of permanent coatings such as ceramic paint coatings and PPF. It also works in self-service high-pressure stations. The 20 L drum is sized for car washes processing tens to hundreds of vehicles per day that need a reliable, cost-effective drying additive with added paint protection.

How to use

1. Connect the APT QR-Dryer 2.0 to the dosing system of the wash installation. (Compatible with gantry, tunnel and self-service high-pressure installations. Use a calibrated dosing system for accurate application.)

2. Set the dosage to 10 ml per wash cycle as a starting point. (10 ml suits lightly soiled vehicles and standard paintwork. Increase to 20 ml for ceramic-coated or PPF-protected vehicles.)

3. Apply the product as the last step, directly before or during the drying phase. (Ceramic particles adhere best to a wet paint surface. Ensure all wash residue has been rinsed off before applying.)

4. Check the result on a representative vehicle after calibration. (A correct dosage results in an almost drop-free surface after drying. Adjust based on water temperature, season and vehicle type.)
