ProElite Evotec Truck Washing

The ProElite Evotec Truck Washing is a powerful concentrate designed for thoroughly cleaning heavy transport vehicles. Available in 1 L, 5 L and 25 L it suits every usage volume: from the occasional truck wash to the professional car wash processing dozens of vehicles every day.

The rich, stable foam removes all types of dirt, from road dust and exhaust soot to oil and organic residues. The built-in nanoparticle technology actively protects the paintwork during washing, while the anti-corrosion additives shield metal bodywork panels from moisture damage. The product works effectively on trucks, tractors, trailers and passenger cars. The high concentration significantly lowers the cost per wash compared to ready-to-use products.

How to use

1. Choose the right dilution based on the level of dirt. (Normal dirt: 1:15 to 1:20 with water. Heavily soiled vehicles: start at 1:10. For hand washing in a bucket: 30-50 ml per 10 L of water.)

2. Apply the solution to the vehicle being washed. (Touchless: via pressure washer or wash tunnel. Hand washing: with a sponge over the whole vehicle. Allow 2 to 3 minutes dwell time on heavy soiling.)

3. Rinse the vehicle thoroughly with clean water. (Use sufficient water pressure to remove all foam residue. On soiled wheel arches, apply twice before rinsing.)

4. Dry the vehicle or allow it to drip-dry in a covered area. (Evotec Truck Washing is also compatible as a pre-wash before applying a paint sealant or coating.)
