ProElite TIRMEN Truck Alu Clean 1000 L IBC

ProElite TIRMEN Truck Alu Clean is a strongly concentrated acidic cleaner (pH 1-2 at 1%) for aluminium side panels, tanks and wheels of trucks and heavy vehicles. The formula cleans and regenerates aluminium and metal surfaces thoroughly at a dilution ratio of 1:10 to 1:15. The product contains hydrofluoric acid (HF) and is intended exclusively for certified professionals with appropriate personal protective equipment. Do not use on glass or windows, HF permanently destroys glass surfaces. Available in 25 L and 200 L packaging in addition to the 1000 L IBC. Dwell time is approximately 5 minutes, followed by immediate high-pressure rinsing.

How to use

1. Put on full protective equipment (Mandatory: acid-resistant gloves, face shield, acid-resistant workwear. Work in a well-ventilated area. Consult the safety data sheet for HF-specific emergency procedures.)

2. Dilute and apply with acid-resistant equipment (Dilute 1:10 to 1:15 (product:water). Use an acid-resistant brush or spray system. Ensure the product does not come into contact with glass, windows or mirrors.)

3. Allow approximately 5 minutes dwell time (Work in the shade. Do not allow to dwell at high temperatures or in direct sunlight. Do not let dry on the surface.)

4. Rinse thoroughly with high-pressure water (Rinse the aluminium immediately and completely. Remove all product residue. Check that all glass surfaces remain free of splashes.)

Pair TIRMEN Alu with a Vikan angle-adjustable wash brush, a telescopic handle for tall side panels or a pressure sprayer for efficient rinsing.
