Mirka 1230 L PC Dust Extractor 230V

The Mirka 1230 L PC is an industrial class L dust extractor with a 30 litre tank and a 1200W motor, built for dust-free sanding with any sander. Dust-free sanding gives you a better sanding finish, keeps your work cleaner and lets you sand longer with a single sheet of sandpaper, since sanding dust is extracted more effectively. The AutoStart function switches the extractor on automatically as soon as you start sanding and off again when you stop, saving time and electricity. The Push&Clean filter cleaning system keeps extraction optimal and extends filter life, with the filter easily accessible through a separate opening. The front wheels come with brakes for extra stability during use. The 1230 L PC handles both dry and wet sanding, and can easily be extended with an attachment system for one or more Mirka Systainers, keeping your sander and sanding material within reach.

How to use

1. Connect your sander's hose to the 1230 L PC and check the dust bag is fitted correctly. (This stops sanding dust escaping around the connection.)

2. For wet sanding, remove the dust bag and clean the filter thoroughly before and after use. (This protects the filter and motor from moisture damage.)

3. Enable AutoStart so the extractor starts and stops automatically as soon as your tool begins or stops sanding. (This saves electricity and reduces unnecessary motor wear.)

4. Use the Push&Clean button during longer sessions to maintain suction and blow the filter clean. (Accessible through the separate filter opening, no disassembly needed.)
