Thanks to the brushless motor the CEROS outlasts its predecessor with carbon brushes, and low power consumption keeps the machine cool during intensive use. The ergonomic design and low weight make it comfortable to hold during longer sessions, and the low noise level keeps things pleasant to work with. Speed is variable up to 10,000 RPM at 400 Watt, with a 5mm orbit for controlled sanding. How to use

1. Fit a 75mm backing pad with matching abrasive. (Make sure the pad is centered properly for an even sanding pattern.)

2. Plug the machine into power and set the speed to match your material and grit.

3. Sand the painted or old finish with even pressure and overlapping passes. (Connect the dust extraction system for a cleaner work area and better visibility.)

4. Clean the machine and backing pad after use and store them dry. (Check the backing pad's hook-and-loop attachment regularly for wear.)
