Menzerna Super Finish Plus 3800

Menzerna Super Finish Plus 3800 is a finishing polish for the final stage of the polishing process. Its ultra-fine, smooth abrasives remove buffer trails, micro-scratches, and holograms left by heavy and medium compounds, delivering maximum optical clarity and depth of gloss.

The product is safe on new OEM paintwork and thin clear coat layers, because the abrasive fineness stays well below the threshold that creates new marks. Use it on a rotary or dual-action orbital polisher with a soft finishing foam pad, or by hand with an applicator on smaller areas. Available in 250 ml for individual projects and 1 L for frequent use. On dark colors, where swirls and holograms are most visible, Super Finish Plus 3800 shows the clearest before-and-after difference.

How to use

1. Make sure the paint surface is clean and degreased before starting (Remove compound and polish residue with a microfiber towel. A light wipe with IPA solution (10-20%) removes remaining oils and residues.)

2. Apply a small amount of polish to the pad (Use 3-4 rice-grain-sized drops per 30x30 cm work area. Spread at low speed before polishing.)

3. Polish at low to medium speed with a soft finishing pad (Rotary: 800-1200 rpm, light pressure. Dual-action orbital: medium setting. Work in sections with overlapping passes.)

4. Remove residue and check the result (Wipe away polish with a clean microfiber towel. Inspect under a work light for holograms. Apply wax, sealant, or coating to lock in the gloss.)

Use the Liquid Elements T4200 orbital polisher for machine application, protect the paint afterwards with Bilt-Hamber Auto Balm, and remove polish residue with the D-CON Monster Edgeless microfiber towel.
