Menzerna Power Lock Polymer Sealant

A polymer sealant builds a tough, glossy protective layer that holds up for weeks to months instead of disappearing after a few washes. The Menzerna Power Lock Polymer Sealant goes on by hand with an applicator or microfiber cloth, or by machine using a soft finishing pad on a dual-action or rotary polisher. Spread the product at low speed, then work it in at medium-high speed until an oily film appears. Let the layer dry for 25 to 30 minutes and remove the residue gently with a microfiber cloth, without pressure. Do not leave it too long before buffing, since after a few hours the residue becomes much harder to remove. After a minimum of 3 hours of curing, the car is ready for the elements again. For extra protection, apply a second coat after at least 4 hours. Under normal use, the seal holds up for 3 to 6 months depending on wash frequency and weather conditions, giving you a durable layer of gloss and water repellency for relatively little effort.

How to use

1. Wash and polish the paint before you start sealing (Work on a clean, dry surface free of wax or polish residue for the best bond)

2. Apply a thin layer with an applicator or onto a soft pad (For machine use: 3 to 4 drops for dual-action, 1 to 2 for rotary, spread first at low speed)

3. Let the layer dry for 25 to 30 minutes until an oily film appears (Then remove the residue without pressure using a clean microfiber cloth)

4. Let the car cure for at least 3 hours before driving again (For extra protection, apply a second coat after at least 4 hours)

Degrease the paint first with the Koch Chemie PPS Panel Preparation Spray and work the sealant in with an applicator for the best bond.
