D-CON MangoYellow Quick Detailer is a polymer detailer spray that lays quick gloss on your paint between washes. You spray it onto clean, dry and cool paint, or onto a microfiber cloth, and buff it per panel. The result is deep gloss with an antistatic finish that lets dust cling less. You will find the D-CON MangoYellow Quick Detailer in the shop.
What MangoYellow does
A quick detailer is the fastest way to make your car look fresh again without a full wash. MangoYellow lays a thin polymer layer that adds gloss, reduces static charge and boosts the existing wax or sealant protection. It is not a replacement for a wax or coating, but a quick refresh in between.
How to use it
On clean, dry paint. Work on cool paint, not in direct sunlight, and shake the bottle.
Spray on. Spray directly onto the panel or onto a microfiber cloth.
Buff off. Buff per section with a clean microfiber cloth and let it cure for a few seconds.
Polish off. Polish the excess away with a clean, long-pile microfiber cloth until the paint shines clear.
Quick detailer, ceramic QD or spray sealant
MangoYellow is a classic quick detailer for quick gloss. If you want to add protection, there are ceramic and sealing variants. The table shows what each product does and how you apply it.
Product | Type | On wet/dry | Method | Durability |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Polymer detailer | Dry paint | Spray and buff | Refresh | |
Ceramic QD | Dry paint | Spray and buff | Weeks | |
Spray sealant | Dry paint | Spray and buff | Quick protection | |
Coating over water | Wet paint | Spray and rinse | Long-lasting beading |
What to watch for
Always work on clean paint; a quick detailer over dust or sand rubs scratches into the paint. For a variant that adds ceramic protection, look at the D-CON Pro Ceramic Quick Detailer. You will find more sprays in the sealants and quick detailers category.
