D-CON Pro Ceramic Quick Detailer is a ceramic, silica-based detailer spray that adds gloss, water repellency and protection. You spray it onto clean, dry and cool paint, buff it per panel and let it cure briefly. Unlike a regular quick detailer it builds a SiO2 layer that lasts for weeks and boosts existing ceramic coatings. You will find the D-CON Pro Ceramic Quick Detailer in the shop.
What Pro Ceramic does
Pro Ceramic combines the ease of a quick detailer with the protection of ceramic. D-CON states that it lays a SiO2 hydrophobic barrier that makes water bead and roll off, and that it protects against UV, dirt and environmental influences. It is also suitable for maintaining and extending an existing ceramic coating. Because of the high concentration of ceramic materials the paint feels slightly less slick; that is intentional, aimed at gloss and protection.
How to use it
On clean, dry paint. Work on cool paint, not in direct sunlight, and shake the bottle.
Spray on. Spray onto the panel and spread per section with a microfiber cloth or applicator.
Let it cure. Give it about two minutes to bond.
Polish off. Polish the excess away with a clean, long-pile microfiber cloth.

What to watch for
Wash used microfiber cloths and applicators separately, without combining them with other microfiber products, so their absorbency stays intact.
