Mavel Profi Open Compressed Air Hose Reel 16m x 10mm 20 Bar

The Mavel Profi Open is an automatic compressed air hose reel with a fully steel construction, built for intensive use in the professional workshop. The 16 metre working hose (plus a 2 metre feeder hose) is made from wear-resistant rubber with synthetic reinforcement and has a burst pressure safety factor of 4:1 against the maximum working pressure of 20 bar.

Solid brass 1/2" BSP connections give you a durable, leak-free coupling, while the 4-roller guide system lets the hose unwind multidirectionally without kinking. With 12 lock positions, you set the hose to exactly the length you need and keep it there while you work.

Mount the reel on a wall, ceiling or floor using the adjustable guide arms, and use it in temperatures from -5°C to +40°C. That means feeding air tools in the garage or workshop without hoses trailing across the floor.

How to use

1. Choose a mounting point on the wall, ceiling or floor and mount the reel using the adjustable guide arms. (Pick a solid mounting point that can carry the weight of the reel and hose.)

2. Connect the feeder hose to your compressed air system via the solid brass 1/2" BSP coupling. (This coupling is leak-free and rated for the maximum working pressure of 20 bar.)

3. Pull the working hose out to the length you need and lock it into one of the 12 positions. (The lock clicks in automatically, so the hose doesn't snap back unexpectedly.)

4. Connect your air tool and let the hose rewind smoothly through the guide system after use. (The 4-roller guide system prevents kinking as the hose winds back in.)

Feed it straight into a pneumatic sander or pressure washer, and work safely with a half-face respirator mask alongside it.
