Liquid Elements T4500 Dual Action Polisher 15mm

The Liquid Elements T4500 is a professional dual action polisher with a brushless motor and Longdrive 2 technology, which detects speed digitally instead of forcing rotation. With a 15mm throw and a pre-mounted 125mm backing plate, you get more material removal per pass than with an 8mm machine, without losing control. Speed is adjustable from 2500 to 5000 rpm, with a rated input power of 1000W and 800W output. The double reduction gearbox keeps vibration to a minimum, which is noticeable during long polishing sessions. Thanks to the detachable 8 metre cable, you work freely around the car without a fixed power cord getting in the way, and the ergonomic design sits well in both left and right-handed grips. At 3.37 kg, the T4500 is the successor to the T4200 and a direct competitor to comparable machines from Flex and Rupes.

How to use

1. Fit your chosen polishing pad onto the pre-mounted 125mm backing plate. (Make sure the pad centres properly on the backing plate before you start.)

2. Connect the detachable cable to the machine and the socket, and set the speed based on your polishing product. (Start at a low speed and only increase once the product is spread evenly.)

3. Work in overlapping passes over small panel sections, and only increase speed once the pad has good grip on the paint.

4. Wipe the panel clean with a microfibre cloth after each session before moving to the next section.

Pair the T4500 with a Koch-Chemie polishing compound and a suitable 125mm pad for a complete polishing setup.
