Krauss P7 G2 Rotary Polisher 1200W

The Krauss P7 G2 is the upgraded version of the well known No Scratch 1200W rotary polisher, with improved motor performance, a more precise gear system and a new spindle lock. Use it for high gloss paint correction paired with Hex-Logic machine pads, from heavy correction to fine jeweling, thanks to 6 adjustable speed zones. The machine runs on 230V mains power, weighs only 2.2kg and is built to maintain a constant output speed with soft-start, so you begin without any sudden jolt. The double gear system delivers twice the torque of a single reduction machine, for consistent performance even on heavier jobs. The ergonomic design with multiple hand positions reduces fatigue during longer sessions at different angles. The machine comes with a flexible 125mm backing plate in molded polyurethane, ready to use with your own polishing pads.

How to use

1. Wash and degrease the panel thoroughly and dry it completely before you start, so dirt does not get under the pad.

2. Start on the lowest zone to spread the polish evenly and gradually increase to your working speed for the correction stage.

3. Work in overlapping passes with even pressure, keeping the machine flat on the panel for a consistent result across the whole surface.

4. Wipe away residue with a clean microfiber towel and check the result in bright light before moving on.
