The Krauss RS 201 is a compact cordless polisher with a 75mm (3 inch) backing plate, built specifically for small surfaces and spots a full-size polisher cannot reach. The brushless motor delivers favourable torque, strong performance and long service life, with no cable getting in your way. Use it to remove wax scratches, swirls and other paint imperfections on rear bumpers, sills, grilles and spot repairs. The machine spins up to 3000 RPM and runs on a 4-pole high-torque motor for consistent performance, even on small circles. You get the RS 201, a 14.4V/2.0Ah battery, a fast charger, the 75mm backing plate and a carry bag in the box, so you can start working right away without ordering extra accessories. A great addition alongside a larger polisher for precision work.

How to use

1. Clean and degrease the area you are about to polish thoroughly and pick a cone or pad suited to the result you want.

2. Apply a small amount of polish to the pad, not directly onto the paint, to avoid splatter.

3. Work with light pressure in overlapping passes and keep the machine moving constantly to avoid overheating the paint, especially near sharp edges and corners.

4. Remove any residue with a clean microfiber towel and check the result in direct light before moving on.

Pair it with a Krauss micro polishing cone and Menzerna Heavy Cut Compound 1000 for targeted correction on small areas.
