Krauss Gereedschapswagen KR-220

The Krauss KR-220 is a professional tool trolley for the workshop or detailing studio, built around an anodized aluminum frame with three plastic shelves. The frame keeps the trolley light and agile at 11.5 kg, while each shelf holds up to 80 kg, enough for tool cases, machines or chemical bottles. The shelves (680 x 450mm) have a smooth black plastic finish that wipes clean easily after a greasy or dusty job.

Assembly is screw-free: the parts click together quickly, so the trolley is ready within a few minutes. The four 100mm wheels roll smoothly across the workshop floor, two of them fitted with a brake so the trolley stays put once you've positioned it. At 1000mm tall and 850 x 480mm in footprint, the KR-220 works as a mobile storage point next to the car, so you're not constantly walking back to the workbench.

How to use

1. Click the anodized aluminum frame together using the included parts, no extra tools needed. (This works without a screwdriver, just by clicking the parts firmly into place.)

2. Place the three plastic shelves at their fixed heights in the frame, opening facing forward. (Make sure each shelf sits flat and level before moving on to the wheels.)

3. Fit the four 100mm wheels, with the two brake wheels on the same side for stability. (Place the two non-brake wheels on the opposite side, so you can push the trolley easily and still lock it in place.)

4. Distribute tools and supplies across the shelves, with the heaviest items on the bottom shelf for a low center of gravity. (This keeps the trolley stable even when all three shelves are fully loaded while moving it.)
