Mavel Air Compact Air Hose Reel 12m 10 Bar

The Air Compact is an automatic air hose reel from Mavel for the garage and workshop. The 12 metre polyurethane hose stays kink-free during use and handles pressure up to 10 bar. An automatic locking system clicks into place every 50cm, so you set the exact working length you need without the hose snapping back further. The fully enclosed, shock-resistant plastic housing protects the internal spring mechanism from dust, dirt and knocks, and the reel is CE certified. Thanks to an operating temperature range of -5°C to +40°C, it keeps working in an unheated workshop through winter. You mount the reel to the wall, and a smooth automatic rewind mechanism pulls the hose neatly back in after use. That makes it easy to power blow guns, spray guns and pneumatic detailing tools without a hose trailing loose across the workshop floor.

How to use

1. Mount the reel to a sturdy wall in a central spot in the workshop, ideally close to where you use pneumatic tools most.

2. Pull the hose out to the length you need. The automatic locking system clicks in every 50cm, so the length stays exact without snapping back.

3. Connect your pneumatic tool, such as a blow gun, spray gun or pneumatic polisher, and get to work.

4. Let the hose spring back automatically into the housing after use through the smooth automatic rewind mechanism, no manual coiling needed.

Connect a pneumatic polisher or cleaning gun straight to it for a tidy workshop with no loose hoses.
