Mavel Air Special Air Hose Reel 12m 15 Bar

The Mavel Air Special is an automatic compressed air hose reel with 12 metres of polyurethane hose and a maximum working pressure of 15 bar. That means you can run heavier pneumatic tools, such as spray guns and detailing equipment, without wrestling loose hoses across the workshop floor.

The reel winds up smoothly and automatically, locking every 50 cm so you set the exact working length you need. The fully enclosed, impact-resistant plastic housing protects the internal spring mechanism from dust, dirt and knocks. You mount it on the wall, freeing up floor space and removing a trip hazard.

With an operating temperature range of -5°C to +40°C and CE certification, the Air Special works fine in an unheated garage or workshop too. The 15 bar rating makes this model suitable for heavier-duty jobs than the 10 bar versions in the Air line, while the 12-metre hose length stays the same.

How to use

1. Fix the reel securely to the wall at a height you can easily reach in your workshop or garage, so the hose can unwind freely.

2. Pull the polyurethane hose to the length you need. The automatic lock clicks into place every 50 cm, so you get the same exact length every time.

3. Attach your pneumatic tool, such as a spray gun or blow gun, to the end of the hose and work at up to 15 bar.

4. Release the lock after use and let the hose wind smoothly and automatically back into the impact-resistant housing.
