While polishing or washing a car, the power cable of your machine or the hose of a pressure washer quickly gets caught behind a tyre. The Koch Chemie Hose & Cable Guard is a guide made of sturdy polyethylene that you slide under the tyre, so cables and hoses roll smoothly over it instead of getting trapped. You get the guide as a set of two pieces, enough for the front and rear tyre on the same side of the car. It saves you from constantly pulling cables free and prevents damage to cables, hoses, and their insulation during longer polishing or washing sessions.

How to use

1. Place the guide under the tyre (Slide the guide under the tread of the tyre, on the side where your cable or hose runs.)

2. Lay the cable or hose over the guide (Make sure the cable runs over the roller guide toward the front or back instead of directly under the tyre.)

3. Move the guide along as you work (Slide it along as you move around the car, so the cable always stays clear of the tyres.)
