Kränzle 599 TST

The Kränzle 599 TST is designed for professional locations where both a large working radius and high pressure are essential. The extra-long 20 m steel-braided high-pressure hose on the integrated reel gives you a working radius that a standard 15 m hose cannot match, without moving the machine.

With a working pressure adjustable from 30 to 150 bar (maximum permissible 165 bar), you cover everything from delicate paintwork to heavy industrial soiling on one machine. The 10 l/min flow rate (600 l/h) delivers high throughput, and the 60°C maximum inlet temperature makes it compatible with a warm water supply for grease and oil removal.

The 1400 rpm motor runs slowly to minimise pump wear. At 62 kg with large wheels, the 599 TST suits a fixed workshop location. Chassis is roto-mould (single-piece cast). Includes 5 m power cable with reel.

How to use

1. Connect water and power (Connect the water hose to the inlet (max. 60°C) and plug into a grounded outlet (230V / 14A). Ensure the water supply delivers adequate pressure.)

2. Unroll hose and attach accessory (Unroll the 20 m high-pressure hose from the reel towards the areas to be cleaned. Click the desired lance into the coupling.)

3. Set pressure and clean (Switch on and set the pressure using the control. Use low pressure for sensitive surfaces and high pressure up to 150 bar for heavy soiling on hard surfaces.)

4. Shut down and store (Release the trigger. TST stops the motor immediately. Bleed residual pressure, close the water supply and carefully wind the 20 m hose back onto the reel.)
