Kränzle Replacement Motor for 2175 TST Pressure Washer

The Kränzle 48065 combines the proven 2175 engine block, the same powerhouse as in the Kränzle 2175 TST, with an alternative housing running on 230V single-phase (14A). No three-phase connection required, yet you get the long-lasting Kränzle pump with a maximum permissible pressure of 195 bar.

A key advantage of this model is its ability to accept hot inlet water up to 60°C. Working with warm water from a boiler or mixer tap cuts through grease and ingrained grime considerably faster. Working pressure is continuously adjustable from 30 to 180 bar, the nozzle size is 03, and the included 15 m steel-braided high-pressure hose on reel gives you ample reach in any workshop setup. The roto-mould chassis keeps everything compact and impact-resistant.

How to use

1. Fully unwind the 15 m high-pressure hose and connect the water supply (Unroll the full hose before use to prevent heat buildup. When using hot water (max. 60°C), ensure a stable supply from a boiler or mixer tap.)

2. Plug into a 230V outlet (14A circuit) (Verify the circuit breaker can handle 14A. Start the machine only once water flows freely through the hose.)

3. Adjust working pressure via the control knob (Use 30-60 bar for sensitive paintwork, 80-140 bar for wheels and wheel arches, up to 180 bar for heavy-duty surfaces. Nozzle size 03 is factory standard.)

4. Clean with steady movement and rinse with fresh water (Keep the lance moving to prevent streaking. Rinse coated surfaces at low pressure for the best finish.)

Pair the 48065 with a snow foam concentrate, a chenille wash mitt, a wheel iron remover, or a large drying towel to complete your wash routine.
