Kränzle 2160 TST

The Kränzle 2160 TST combines the highest flow rate in the 2xxx series, 11 l/min (660 l/h), with a working pressure that is continuously adjustable from 30 to 140 bar. The machine is built for professional use where throughput matters: larger surfaces get cleaned quickly without sacrificing thoroughness.

A standout feature of the 2160 TST is the included Foam Lance V2. There is no need to buy a separate foam lance; the machine is immediately ready for a thick pre-wash layer before contact washing. Combined with the slow 1400 rpm motor (less wear, longer service life) and a maximum inlet temperature of 60°C, this is a machine prepared for intensive daily working conditions.

The roto-mould chassis (single-piece rotational moulding) weighs 39.5 kg and sits stable on location. The 15 m steel-braided high-pressure hose is on an integrated reel. Includes 5 m power cable with cable reel.

How to use

1. Connect (Connect the water hose to the inlet (max. 60°C permitted) and plug into a grounded outlet (230V / 14A).)

2. Attach foam lance or lance (Click the Foam Lance V2 or another lance into the coupling. Fill the foam lance with the desired amount of shampoo for the pre-wash.)

3. Set pressure and clean (Switch on and set the pressure. Start at low pressure for the foam pre-wash via the Foam Lance V2, then switch to high-pressure mode for the main clean.)

4. Shut down (Release the trigger. TST stops the motor immediately. Bleed residual pressure, close the water supply and wind the hose back onto the reel.)
