Koch Chemie CB 0.01 Ceramic Body Coating

Koch Chemie CB 0.01 is a ceramic coating for the paint of your car or motorcycle that leaves an extremely water and dirt repellent surface. The ultra thin layer forms a chemical bond with the paint and protects for up to 30 months against UV radiation, bird droppings, road salt and brake dust. A second layer extends protection by another 6 months. Water and dirt bead off effortlessly, so the car stays clean longer and washes more easily. Even after washing with alkaline cleaners the deep gloss remains intact. The coating reaches full cure after 9 days. Do not wash the car during that period and park it indoors or under a carport where possible. The set includes two suede applicators in large and small, a sticker, a detailing plan and an instruction sheet in several languages. Never apply the coating in direct sunlight or on a hot surface, and wear nitrile gloves and a face mask while applying it.

How to use

1. Wash and degrease the paint thoroughly and work out of direct sunlight (A hot or damp surface causes uneven adhesion of the coating)

2. Apply the CB 0.01 thinly and evenly per panel with the suede applicator (Wear nitrile gloves and a face mask, since the vapour can irritate)

3. Buff the coating after a few minutes with a clean microfibre towel (Never use the same towel or applicator twice, or you will smear the layer)

4. Let the coating cure fully for 9 days before washing the car (Park the car indoors or under a carport where possible during that period)
