Diamond ProTech PRO 60 Coating Set

Diamond ProTech PRO 60 is a hybrid polymer coating built from inorganic polysilazane, infused with millions of nanodiamond particles. That combination makes it one of the most scratch-resistant coatings you can apply to paint, offering up to 5 years of protection with correct application. The set combines PRO 60 with PRO HYDRO, the long-lasting hydrophobic topcoat, giving you intense gloss with a mirror-like effect and an extremely smooth finish. Apply the coating at temperatures between 10 and 30°C, in a closed, well-ventilated space with humidity below 70%. Wear protective gloves during application. Use new applicators and microfiber towels for each additional layer, do not reuse towels you have already used. In high heat or humidity, shorten the time between application and removal. Test the coating first on a small, inconspicuous spot of paint before treating the whole vehicle.

How to use

1. Prepare the paint thoroughly with Diamond Body Prep, so all traces of wax, sealant or old coating are removed and PRO 60 can bond properly.

2. Apply PRO 60 with a new applicator in small, overlapping sections, in a closed, well-ventilated space between 10 and 30°C with humidity below 70%, and let it cure for the stated time.

3. Remove excess product with a clean microfiber towel and use a fresh towel and applicator for each section and extra layer, wearing protective gloves throughout.

4. Finish with PRO HYDRO as a topcoat for the hydrophobic effect and extra gloss, and test the coating first on a small, inconspicuous spot of paint.

Pair this coating set with a clay bar treatment, an IPA panel cleaner and an edgeless microfiber towel for thorough prep and a flawless finish.
