Koch Chemie AS Car Shampoo

Koch Chemie AS is a professional car shampoo you can use for hand washing, gantry car wash machines and automated wash tunnels without changing your protocol or dosage. The formula is phosphate-free and NTA-free, biodegradable and safe for surface water. Anionic and non-ionic surfactants clean effectively on paint, glass, rubber and chrome. The dosage of 6 to 10 ml per 10 litres keeps consumption low: a 10 L container delivers more than 1000 washes. VDA class A compliance makes this shampoo suitable for professional installations that must meet environmental requirements. Available in 1 L for daily use and 10 L for wash tunnels or high-volume operations.

How to use

1. Fill a bucket with 10 litres of water and add 6 to 10 ml of AS (6 ml for lightly soiled vehicles, 10 ml for heavier contamination or harder water. Stir briefly for even distribution.)

2. Pre-rinse the vehicle with water (Remove loose mud with a pressure washer or garden hose before washing. This reduces the risk of scratches from abrasive particles during the wash.)

3. Wash from top to bottom (Start at the roof and work downward. Use a clean wash mitt in straight lines to avoid swirl marks. Rinse the mitt in the bucket regularly.)

4. Rinse thoroughly and dry the vehicle (Rinse with clean water before the shampoo dries. Dry immediately with a soft towel to prevent water spots and mineral deposits.)
