Professional PDR lamp with 6 dimmable LED strips and telescopic SOFIT stand
SKU: 140229
EAN: 4261420471306
The DNE MaksMaster LG2 is built for technicians who work on large panels and need to make every millimetre of deformation visible. The 6 dimmable LED strips spread across 1330 mm create a wide light pattern that covers full doors, bonnets and roofs in a single setup. The SOFIT stand is telescopic and offers independently adjustable height, tilt and rotation via a universal coupling plate with ball joint, so you can aim the light quickly and accurately every time. The shock-resistant housing with rubber edge guard keeps the lamp safe when moving between jobs. With an operating temperature range of -20 to +45 degrees Celsius the LG2 performs in cold workshops and on outdoor locations. For PDR technicians who lose time re-calibrating or repositioning: this stand eliminates that problem.
DNE MaksMaster LG2 PDR Lamp XXL with 6 dimmable LED strips across 1330 mm and telescopic SOFIT stand with ball joint coupling.
1330 mm illumination width: covers full door panels and large surfaces in a single setup without repositioning
6 dimmable LED strips: fine-tune light intensity per dent type and paint finish, from low contrast to maximum sharpness
Telescopic SOFIT stand with height, tilt and rotation via ball joint: precisely aimed in seconds
Operating temperature -20 to +45 degrees Celsius: suitable in cold winter workshops and outdoor locations
Shock-resistant housing with rubber edge guard: transport-safe without extra protective cover
Position the SOFIT stand beside the panel (Roll the stand on its swivel wheels to the work position and extend the telescopic tube to the height of the panel's centre point.)
Adjust tilt and rotation via the ball joint (Tilt the lamp housing until LED lines fall at an angle across the surface. Rotate the coupling plate until you see the sharpest projection. Lock all clamps.)
Dim the LED strips to the required intensity (Start at medium intensity and increase until the dent edge shows as a shadow line. Deep dents need higher intensity; fine marks show at lower settings.)
Perform the PDR correction and verify the result (Work the dent out gradually with PDR tools. When the projection runs straight across the surface, the correction is complete.)
Pair the LG2 with the Etari Midiar PDR gas burner for thermal expansion work, the Scangrip Nova UV-S for UV paint inspection, or the D-CON Hexagon LED Light System as a supplementary workshop light.
