NOCO Boost HD GB70 Lithium Jump Starter 12V 2000A

The NOCO Boost HD GB70 is a portable lithium jump starter with 2000 A peak current for 12V systems. According to NOCO it starts gasoline engines up to 8.0 L and diesel engines up to 6.0 L, with up to 40 starts per charge. It is meant for cars, trucks, boats, RVs and powersport vehicles with a 12V lead-acid battery (wet, gel, MF, EFB or AGM). The UltraSafe connection is spark-free and has reverse-polarity protection. It is not suitable for 12V lithium vehicle batteries, because NOCO only lists lead-acid. The 12V output (12V, 15 A) powers devices with a 12V plug, and the USB output (5V 2.1 A) charges your phone or tablet. The LED flashlight gives 400 lumens with 7 modes, including SOS and strobe. The housing is IP65 (with the ports closed), works from -20 to +50 degrees Celsius and weighs 5 lb (about 2.3 kg).

How to use

1. Fully charge the GB70 before use (It ships partly charged. Over USB a full charge takes 7 hours at 2 A, over the 12V connection 2 to 3 hours)

2. Connect the red clamp to plus (+) and the black clamp to minus (-) or the chassis (First check that it is a 12V lead-acid battery. If the red Error LED lights up, swap the clamps)

3. Press the power button and wait for the white Boost LED, then start the engine (If it does not start right away, wait 20 to 30 seconds and try again. No more than five starts within 15 minutes)

4. After the start, remove the clamps first and then take the GB70 away (Disconnect the negative clamp first, then recharge the GB70)
