NOCO Boost Plus GB40 Lithium Jump Starter 12V 1000A

The NOCO Boost Plus GB40 is a lithium jump starter for 12V batteries with 1000 A peak current. It starts gasoline engines up to 6.0 L and diesel engines up to 3.0 L, for example in cars, boats and lawn mowers. At around 1.1 kg including clamps and accessories it stays compact enough for the trunk or the boat locker. One full charge of 24 Wh is good for up to 20 starts. The UltraSafe connection is spark-free and has reverse-polarity protection, for 12V lead-acid batteries of the wet, gel, MF, EFB and AGM type. The housing is IP65 (with the ports closed) and works from -20 to +50 degrees Celsius. The USB output (5V 2.1 A) charges up to 4 phones per battery charge, and the 100-lumen LED flashlight has 7 modes, including SOS and emergency strobe. NOCO gives a 1-year warranty.

How to use

1. Check polarity: red to plus (+), black to minus (-) on the vehicle battery (UltraSafe is spark-free and has reverse-polarity protection; secure both clamps firmly and check that they are seated properly)

2. Switch the GB40 on and wait until it is ready to start (Follow the LED indications described in the NOCO manual)

3. Start the engine as you normally would (No start? Use the manual override function described in the NOCO manual)

4. Remove the clamps once the engine is running (Then recharge the GB40 so it is ready again)
