Monti MBX Ultimate Electric Rust Remover Kit

The MONTI MBX Ultimate is a 700W electric surface preparation tool that removes rust, paint and coatings without damaging the underlying sheet metal. The patented Variomatic brush system spins flexible metal brushes inside the housing. Centrifugal force folds them outward, creating an air-cushion effect that clears dirt and rust without abrasive pressure on the base material.

The 700W motor reaches up to 3200 rpm unloaded, variable for control on different surfaces. The kit includes two adapter systems (23mm and 11mm) with four brush belts in different grades, from coarse black for heavy rust removal to fine green for finishing. The included Vinyl Zapper wheel removes stickers, decals and vinyl film without damaging the paint underneath.

The compact, ergonomic design keeps extended use comfortable, suited to prepping bodywork for paint and lifting old film off a panel alike. The brushes use a U-shaped mount for quick, secure fitting and durable performance with repeated use. How to use

1. Choose the right adapter system (23mm for wide surfaces, 11mm for precision work) and fit the desired brush belt using the U-shaped mount. (Make sure the belt clicks firmly into place before switching the tool on.)

2. Start at low speed and work evenly across the surface, without letting the brush sit still in one spot.

3. Increase the speed gradually to the desired cleaning level, coarse black for heavy rust, fine green for the final finish.

4. Switch to the Vinyl Zapper wheel for stickers, decals or vinyl film and work with light pressure to avoid paint damage. (Test on a small, inconspicuous area first before continuing.)
