Menzerna Power Finish PF2200 High Performance Polish

The Menzerna Power Finish PF2200 is a medium-cut polish based on aluminum oxide, specifically formulated for modern OEM finishes and scratch-resistant ceramic factory lacquers. In a single pass you remove swirls, holograms, and sanding marks up to 2500 grit while leaving behind a deep, high-gloss result.

Silicone-free and with minimal dust development, the PF2200 is comfortable to use on any polishing machine. Residues wipe off cleanly without sticky leftovers on the panel. For most correction jobs, no additional polishing step is required after the PF2200; simply follow up with a wax, sealant, or ceramic coating to protect the corrected finish and lock in the gloss.

How to use

1. Thoroughly clean and dry the paint surface (Remove all loose dirt, tar spots, and wax residue. A clean surface prevents additional scratching during polishing.)

2. Apply a small amount of PF2200 to a medium-cut or finishing pad (Use a medium pad on a rotary machine, a finishing pad on a DA machine. Spread the polish at low speed first.)

3. Polish in overlapping passes at medium-high speed (Work in sections of roughly 40x40cm. Gradually increase speed. Check results after each section in daylight or with an LED inspection light.)

4. Wipe off residue with a clean microfiber towel and protect with wax or sealant (The PF2200 offers no protection on its own. Always apply a protective layer after polishing to preserve the corrected finish.)
