The Mavel Major Plus 400/15 is a professional cable reel for detailing or spray booth workshops that require three-phase power. With 15 metres of working cable plus a 2-metre connection lead, you can reach around a complete car or van without cable clutter. The H07RN-F neoprene cable (5 x 2.5 mm²) handles mechanical loads and moisture, making it suitable for intensive daily use. At a maximum rating of 5,000 W when fully unrolled, you can run heavy compressors and polishing machines simultaneously. The automatic spring retracts the cable neatly after use, built-in thermal protection monitors overloads, and IP24 makes the reel suitable for damp workshop environments.

How to use

1. Secure the wall bracket to a solid wall or ceiling (Use appropriate anchors for concrete or steel. The bracket offers a 180° swivel range.)

2. Connect the supply lead to the 400 V three-phase wall outlet (Have the connection made by a qualified electrician if you are unfamiliar with three-phase installations.)

3. Unroll the cable to your equipment and connect (After use, the spring automatically retracts the cable. Check before each use that the thermal protection has not tripped.)

Pair the Mavel cable reel with a Liquid Elements T4200 orbital polisher and a Kränzle pressure washer for a fully equipped workshop.
