Koch Chemie AF Active Foam

Koch Chemie AF Active Foam is a heavily foaming pre-wash built around a high concentration of non-ionic surfactants that form a thick layer clinging firmly to the surface. Dirt particles and soot are encapsulated so they release without contact, lowering the risk of swirls and scratches. After rinsing, the formula deposits a direct hydrophobic layer, combining pre-wash and protection in a single step. The phosphate-free and NTA-free composition is compatible with biological wastewater treatment. Suitable for foam cannons, foam guns, pressure washers, hand washing, and automatic car washes. Safe for all paint types including coated and wrapped vehicles. A light sandalwood scent accompanies the wash.

How to use

1. Fill the foam cannon or foam gun with the product and water (Check the packaging for the manufacturer's exact dilution recommendation.)

2. Cover the vehicle bottom to top with a thick foam layer (Ensure full coverage for maximum dwell time and optimal dirt encapsulation.)

3. Allow 3-5 minutes dwell time, do not let it dry (Rinse while the foam is still active and visibly present on the surface.)

4. Rinse thoroughly with a pressure washer from top to bottom (The hydrophobic layer activates immediately after rinsing, leaving a protective film.)

Follow up with a D-CON wash mitt for the contact wash stage, or dry quickly and scratch-free with the D-CON Fatty Orange drying towel.
