D-CON El Gordo Microvezeldoek Oranje 40x40cm

The D-CON El Gordo is the orange 350 GSM microfiber towel built for most detailing tasks. Its defining feature is the two different sides: one side with longer fibres that absorb wax, sealant or polish evenly, and one side with shorter fibres for more precise finishing work. That makes the El Gordo more flexible than a single-pile towel. The 40x40cm size sits comfortably in the hand and gives enough surface area to work quickly. The fibres are safe on paint, glass and plastic and leave no scratches with correct use.

How to use

1. Choose the right side for your task (Long fibres for removing wax, polish and sealant; short fibres for fine finishing)

2. Fold the towel in quarters for maximum working time (Folding gives you 8 clean faces before you need to swap towels)

3. Work with light pressure in straight lines or circular motions across the surface (Avoid sideways pressure on the stitched edge on sensitive paint panels)

4. Wash the towel separately at 30-40°C without fabric softener after use (Fabric softener clogs the fibres and permanently reduces absorption capacity)
