D-CON Ceramic Protection Kit

The D-CON Ceramic Protection Kit is an entry-level set to give your paint and glass a water-repellent layer yourself, without paying a detailer for a separate professional coating. The kit contains 4 items: glass protectant for your windows, a quick detailer / spray sealant for the paint, a yellow microfibre cloth and a blue edgeless microfibre cloth. The glass protectant cleans your windows and adds a layer that rain slides off rather than sitting on, improving visibility in the rain, especially on the windscreen while driving. The spray sealant goes onto clean paint for extra gloss and water beading between washes, buffed in with the yellow cloth into a smooth layer. Note: this is a spray sealant and glass protectant, not a hard multi-year ceramic coating applied by a professional. You'll notice the effect right after application, but you top up the protection periodically, for example every few washes, to keep the result up to standard. This kit suits anyone who wants quick, DIY gloss and water beading without a big investment, and works well as a stepping stone before considering a proper coating, or as a top-up alongside an existing one.

How to use

1. Wash and dry the car (Work on clean, dry paint and glass, grease and dirt under the layer cause an uneven result and shorten how long the protection lasts.)

2. Apply the glass protectant (Spray onto the windows and spread with the blue edgeless cloth into a thin, streak-free layer, working in small areas for the best result.)

3. Spray the sealant onto the paint (Work in small sections, avoid direct sunlight for an even result, so the sealant doesn't dry too quickly.)

4. Buff with the yellow cloth (Buff the sealant into a smooth, glossy layer with no streaks, then let the car sit for a moment before parking it up.)
