D-CON Caramel Vinyl Gum Disc XL 105mm

This Caramel disc XL from D-CON removes stickers, tape, vinyl wrap and glue residue from paint without scratching it. Mount the disc on a cordless drill or straight grinder and let the rubber do the work at 2000 to 4000 RPM.

Thanks to the open profile the disc builds up less heat than the regular Caramel disc and works roughly 3 times faster. The new-generation rubber compound lasts longer than classic Caramel discs and keeps grip on the top vinyl layer without damaging the paint underneath. Faster and cleaner than a heat gun.

How to use

1. Mount the disc on a cordless drill or straight grinder. (Use a drill adapter if your tool has no direct connection.)

2. Set the speed between 2000 and 4000 RPM.

3. Move the disc evenly over the sticker or wrap until it lifts off. (Keep the paint damp while you work for extra protection.)

4. Wipe off glue residue with a cleaner and polish the paint afterwards.

Finish glue residue with Koch-Chemie OP Orange Power and polish the paint with Menzerna Heavy Cut Compound 1000.
