Chemical Guys HydroLeather Ceramic Leather Coating

Chemical Guys HydroLeather is a ceramic SiO2-based coating that protects leather against UV damage, fading and everyday wear. The hydrophobic formula makes water and dirt bead off the surface instead of soaking in, keeping leather seats, dashboards and door panels looking newer for longer.

HydroLeather is suited to almost every type of coated and pigmented leather, from your car seats to a leather jacket, but not to open-pore, aniline or semi-aniline leather. After cleaning, you spray the product onto an applicator, apply it in straight lines and let it soak in for thirty seconds before buffing with a microfiber towel.

The result is a dry-to-the-touch, non-tacky layer with no residue that protects the leather without changing its original texture or color. That keeps your interior looking well cared for, even after months of heavy use.

How to use

1. Clean the leather thoroughly with a leather cleaner and a dedicated leather brush. (Wipe the surface completely dry afterward with a clean microfiber towel before continuing.)

2. Spray HydroLeather two to three times onto an applicator. (Use a microfiber applicator for the most even distribution across the leather.)

3. Apply the product in straight, overlapping lines across the leather. (Let it soak in for about thirty seconds before moving to the next section.)

4. Buff with a clean, dry microfiber towel. (This removes excess product and leaves the entire leather surface feeling dry.)

Buff HydroLeather with a tan leather and vinyl microfiber towel, apply it with an applicator sponge, wear nitrile gloves while working, and protect the plastic interior nearby with HydroInterior.
