3M Clean and Strip Disc Blue with Mandrel

This 3M Clean and Strip disc is a non-woven disc built on Scotch-Brite technology, designed to remove paint, rust and coatings quickly without damaging the base material. The blue mineral is extra coarse, ideal for seams, door pillars, weld seams and other hard-to-reach spots. Choose the 100 mm or 150 mm version, depending on your machine and the surface you're working on. The integrated mandrel clicks straight onto your die grinder or angle grinder via the Roloc system, with no extra fitting work. As the fibres wear down during use, fresh mineral is continuously exposed, keeping the disc effective.

How to use

1. Click the disc onto the Roloc holder of your die grinder or angle grinder via the mandrel.

2. Work at low speed with light pressure across the surface being treated.

3. Check progress regularly and adjust pressure to protect the base material.

4. Replace the disc once the mineral visibly wears down and the effect weakens.
