Tornador Black Cleaning Gun Z-020S

The Tornador Black Cleaning Gun Z-020S is the turbo variant of the classic Tornador and takes compressed-air interior cleaning to the next level. Where the Classic Z-010 RS relies on spring-pulse, the Z-020S uses newer rotation technology with waterproof ball bearings that delivers a faster, more powerful spiral motion. The result is deeper penetration into crevices, seams and ventilation slots at the same or lower air consumption. The Z-020S is built for continuous professional use in garages, taxi fleets and commercial vehicle environments, and for the serious detailer who works multiple cars daily. The ergonomic grip is cold-insulated and dampens vibration, while noise levels run lower than the Classic.

How to use

1. Fill the liquid tank with a diluted, water-soluble cleaning solution. (Tornador Clean is formulated for the Tornador range. Dilute according to the product instructions.)

2. Connect the Z-020S to a compressor of at least 2.2 kW via a standard compressed-air hose. (Check the coupling and set the compressor pressure to the recommended range before use.)

3. Aim the nozzle 5 to 15 cm from the surface and pull the trigger. (The turbo rotation motion penetrates ventilation slots, seat seams and dashboard crevices thoroughly.)

4. Vacuum or wipe the surface immediately after treatment. (Use a vacuum cleaner or microfiber towel to remove loosened dirt and moisture. Flush the tank with clean water after use.)

Use Tornador Clean as the cleaning fluid, consider the Tornador Classic Z-010 RS as the entry alternative, or add the Tornador Basic Dry Z-014 RS for blowing out water after washing. Remove remaining residue with D-CON CIA Complete Interior Cleaner.
