Tornador Hardened Cone with Stainless Steel Inlet (Z-010)

The Tornador Hardened Cone with Stainless Steel Inlet is the original OEM replacement part for the Tornador Classic Z-010 and Z-010 Black (position 2a). The hardened steel body and stainless steel inlet provide greater wear resistance than the standard cone. The cone generates the spiral action that atomises the cleaning solution while vibrating dirt loose. Without a working cone the Tornador loses its tornado effect.

How to use

1. Fully discharge the compressed air and disconnect the air line before disassembling the Tornador.

2. Disassemble the front section of the Z-010 or Z-010 Black to access the cone at position 2a.

3. Remove the old cone and install the new hardened cone with stainless steel inlet, ensuring correct alignment.

4. Reassemble the Tornador, reconnect the air line, and test the tornado effect with a small amount of water.
