NOCO Boost X GBX75 Lithium Jump Starter 12V 2500A

The NOCO Boost X GBX75 is a portable lithium jump starter for 12V batteries, with 2500 A peak current and an internal 74 Wh lithium-ion battery. NOCO quotes engines up to 8.5 liters gasoline and up to 6.5 liters diesel. UltraSafe 2.0 provides spark-free connection, reverse polarity protection and a 60-second timeout. Charging runs over 60 W USB-C Power Delivery, which fills it in 1.7 hours. The same USB-C port also works as a 60 W output for a laptop or phone. It also has a USB output of 5V 2.1 A and a 400-lumen LED flashlight. The housing is IP65 with the ports closed and works from -20 to +50 °C. At 213 x 137 x 64 mm and 1.71 kg you can easily take it along.

How to use

1. Check that the vehicle has a 12V battery and the engine falls within the stated size (Gasoline up to 8.5 liters, diesel up to 6.5 liters. It must be a 12V system.)

2. Connect the red clamp to the positive terminal and the black clamp to the negative terminal (UltraSafe 2.0 is spark-free and protects against reverse polarity. Still, always check the markings.)

3. Start the engine (UltraSafe 2.0 has a 60-second timeout. If the start does not work, switch the unit off and on again for a new attempt.)

4. Remove the black clamp first, then the red one, and recharge the booster via USB-C (At 60 W charging takes 1.7 hours, at 10 W 10 hours, at 5 W 20 hours and at 2.5 W 40 hours.)
