How to use

1. Clean the surface of loose debris (Remove coarse dirt, grease and loose coating residue before bristle blasting, so the wire tips work directly on the substrate.)

2. Treat the surface with the Bristle Blaster (Move the tool in overlapping passes over the area to be treated. The high-speed tips create the anchor profile. Adjust contact pressure based on the material.)

3. Inspect the anchor profile (Visually check that the profile is uniform. Repeat on any areas that have not been sufficiently treated.)

4. Apply the coating within the recommended time window (Metal surfaces can re-oxidise quickly after treatment. Apply the protective coating as soon as possible, following the technical specifications of the coating product.)
