How to use

1. Disconnect the pressure washer from power and water supply (Always work without pressure or power before touching the pump)

2. Remove the worn left bearing block from the pump head (Use standard spanners that fit the mounting bolts)

3. Fit the new bearing block and tighten the bolts evenly (Check that the pump shaft turns smoothly and centred)

4. Start the pressure washer briefly without load (Check for vibration or leaks before returning to normal use)

While you are working on the pump, check the Bilt Hamber Ferrosol Penetrating Oil to protect the metal parts against rust.
